Course overview
This course is designed to empower educators with the knowledge and skills to assist students in making informed career choices. The course covers major career development competences, assessment tools, counselling techniques and practical tasks and activities specifically tailored for a school environment. Teachers will learn how to support students in exploring career options and planning their educational and career paths.

Jūratė
Jūratė Kalasauskaitė is a career project manager and consultant at ISM University of Management and Economics, and a professional career counsellor to students and adults in private practice. She holds an MSc in Psychology and is a member of the British Psychological Association. Jūratė specializes in personality testing, self-assessment tools, and techniques.
Jūratė has extensive leadership experience in international companies such as Western Union, Danske Bank, and Omnisend, including work in the United Kingdom and Denmark. She leverages her psychological expertise and practical knowledge to provide career development and guidance counselling. Additionally, she conducts career guidance trainings and presentations for university and school students in Lithuania and abroad.

Laurynas
Laurynas Puidokas is a professional career consultant, lecturer at ISM University of Management and Economics, training instructor, Euro guidance project ambassador in Lithuania, career specialist at Vilnius Žvėrynas Gymnasium, and a member of the Lithuanian Education Council. Over the past six years, he has provided career advice to nearly 1,000 young people and adults.
Laurynas conducts training and seminars on career choice, planning, and changes for school students, university students, and adults. In his professional practice, Laurynas has familiarized himself with the best career education practices in Denmark, Austria, Estonia, and Romania. He continuously enhances his qualifications in Lithuania and abroad and delivers presentations at various conferences. Laurynas also prepares methodological guidelines for school career specialists.
